Design FYC

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By working with DesignFYC, you agree to these terms:

  1. Payments:
    A 25% upfront payment is required to begin a project. Remaining balance is due upon final approval before delivery of source files.

  2. Intellectual Property:
    Design concepts and drafts remain property of DesignFYC until full payment is received. Upon payment, agreed final files become property of the client.

  3. Revisions:
    Revisions are provided as per the selected service package. Extra changes may incur additional fees.

  4. Delivery:
    Final files are delivered in agreed formats after completion and payment.

  5. Cancellation:
    If a project is cancelled before completion, the upfront payment is non-refundable. Any work completed up to cancellation will be delivered, minus unpaid amounts.

  6. Liability:
    DesignFYC is not liable for delays caused by incomplete requirements or late approvals from the client.

  7. Usage:
    Final designs may be used in our portfolio and promotional material unless otherwise agreed in writing.
